2. What type of events is the open-air style perfect for? Our open-air style photo booth is perfect for all types of parties, corporate events, weddings, proms, school and church events, and more!
3. What kind of props do you provide? We offer a wide range of crazy cool costume props with every event, including glasses, hats, mustaches, colorful boas, chains, Viking helmets, signs, and more. Our inventory is regularly updated to ensure your event stands out! We do encourage you to provide your own props to use related to your event. We thoroughly sanitize props, signs, and equipment after every event.
4. What is the Interactive Touchscreen feature? Our interactive touchscreen monitor displays your logo artwork on a custom welcome screen that matches your event’s theme and colors. Guests can grab props, strike a pose, and snap photos with a countdown. It’s a fun and memorable experience for everyone!
5. Can we get additional prints? Yes, our “Additional Prints” option allows up to 8 people in the booth to get a copy of the photo strip. This feature is included in our Wedding Packages and can be added on to party packages during the booking process.
6. Do you provide an online photo gallery? Yes, all photos taken in our booth are uploaded to your own online photo gallery after the event. You can share the gallery link with family and friends, who can view, share, and print their own photos for up to one year.
7. How are photo strips customized? Our on-staff Photoshop Artist customizes photo strips to match your wedding’s colors, theme, and feel, creating unique and memorable keepsakes for your guests.
8. Do you have on-site staff? Yes, every rental includes 2 friendly on-site pros who ensure you have an unforgettable experience. They assist with props, operate the booth, manage the scrapbook station, and interact with guests.
9. What is the Scrapbook feature? Wedding clients receive a lovely scrapbook included in their rental packages. A copy of every booth photo session is added to the scrapbook, where guests can sign their names and leave congratulatory notes, creating a priceless keepsake of your special day.
10. Do you offer Animated GIFs? Yes, our animated GIFs capture three or four looping photos or short bursts of video. They can be branded with static or animated overlays and are perfect for weddings or parties.
11. How does Instant Social Sharing work? Guests can upload booth photos to their phones and share them on their favorite social media platforms via our phopto booth and/or social media iPad kiosk, providing live event coverage and increasing exposure for corporate events or launches.
12. How do I pay for renting a photo booth?
- To secure your booking, we require a non-refundable Service Retainer fee of $200 upon signing the agreement.
- The remaining balance is due at least 14 days before your event.
- Photo booth services will commence after full payment has been received.
- We accept cash, credit cards, and PayPal. Checks have to have prior approval.
8. How does Snap Me Crazy handle unforeseen circumstances?
- We are not liable for events beyond our control, such as inclement weather or power failures.
9. Can I modify the rental agreement?
- Any modifications to the agreement require written consent from both parties and must comply with legal regulations.
